Writing Consultant Policy Regarding Take-Home Exams
Learning Commons’ policy regarding take-home exams. Writing consultants can and will only read take-home essay exams if the assignment sheet explicitly states “this exam may be read by a writing consultant at the Learning Commons.” In order to preserve the sanctity of our honor code, writing consultants are instructed not to read any final exams unless the instructor gives them permission to do so, in writing, on the assignment sheet. For questions, please contact Terra Caputo, Director of Writing, terra.caputo@allegheny.edu.
